So this guy uses his huge belly as a shelf for his cell phone while he drives.
He also kinda has a pre-inflated air bag.
More than anything, this makes us incredibly sad for this guy.
A distended belly is the sign of serious health problems.

Hmm, for the amount of money he makes, he should know for
