If this guy is given money, does it pay for his cell phone bill, his guitar strings or his travel arrangements?

#1 – He has an instrument.  He needs to use it to make money or he needs to sell it to make money.

#2 – One should never beg for money while looking at a cell phone. If you have money for a cell phone, you have enough money not to be begging.

#3 – Not-okay to travel if you can’t afford it. Duh.
